Introduction

A quick and easy meal, that i find delicious. You can also make it an omelette, my attempts always turn into scrambles though :) A quick and easy meal, that i find delicious. You can also make it an omelette, my attempts always turn into scrambles though :)

Ingredients

    3 egg whites
    quarter cup of nonfat cottage cheese
    quarter pack of frozen spinach
    3 asparagus stalks
    1 broccoli spear
    half a serving of gardein
    olive Oil
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

heat frying pan
chop veggies into small pieces
add olive oil to pan
add veggies to pan, until cooked
add egg whites
stir until semi firm
add cottage cheese and stir until melted
add salt and pepper to taste

add to plate or place on and english muffin (extra calories for that)
