    1/2 box Barilla no-boil lasagna
    2 onions, chopped or grated
    2 med zucchini (i used trombolini), grated
    4 Tbs fresh Basil, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 Eggs
    100g Shredded cheese (i used part skim Mozzarella)
    130g soft goat cheese
    Tbs Salsa
    3 tomatoes, sliced


Makes 6 servings

Saute onions, zucchini, garlic
Mix eggs shredded cheese, and 3/4 of the goat cheese
Mix salsa with 1/3 of tomatoes, reserve for topping
Layer lasagna sheets, zucchini mix, cheese mix and sliced tomatoes - I did 3 pasta layers, two each of the Zucc and cheese mixes, 2 layers of tomatoes.

Top with Tomato/Salsa mix and 1/4 of the goat cheese.

Bake covered 50-60mins - broil for about the last 5 minutes to brown cheese.
