Introduction

This started out as a high fat breakfast entree but I fine-tuned it and after many tries I came up with my own healthier version. It's been a favorite at our holiday breakfasts for many years. Ingredients

    Ground Turkey Sausage, browned
    10 Large Eggs, lightly beaten
    2 Cups Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
    3 Cups of 1% Milk
    3 Slices of Whole Wheat Bread, cut into cubes
    1 1/2 tsp. Ground Mustard
    1 tsp. Salt
    1 tsp. Garlic Powder
    Dash of Pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Combine the eggs, cheese, milk, garlic powder, ground mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir in turkey sausage and bread.

Pour into prepared dish and bake for 1 hour.
