Ingredients

    1 large egg
    1 sprinkle of Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning
    1 Whole Wheat English Muffine(lightly toasted)
    1 Slice of fat free proceesed cheese
    non stick spray
    1 ml of water


Directions

In a small bowl beat the egg with seasoning and a drop of water. HEat your non stick frying pan and spray lightly with i Can't Beleive It's Not Butter spray. Pour egg mixture into pan and let cook. Flip after a mintue for more even cooking. As soon as the egg is cooked place it on the toasted muffin and top with a single cheese slice. Enjoy!

For variation, you can also top with thin slices of green pepper or add chopped onions to the egg mixture before cooking. My whole family loves our special egg muffins for breakfast.
