Ingredients

    1 1/2 C Whole Wheat Flour
    3/4 C Flaxseed Meal
    3/4 C Wheat Bran
    1t Baking Powder
    1t Baking Soda
    1t Ground Cinnamon
    1t Ground Allspice
    1/2 C Raisins (packed)
    1 C Applesauce (unsweetened)
    2 Large Eggs (beaten)
    1/4 C Honey
    1/4 C Molasses
    1C Milk
    1t Vanilla Extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 400.

Combine all dry ingredients and mix well. Add Raisins. In a separate bowl combine milk, honey, molasses, applesauce and beaten eggs. When well blended, add in dry mixture, and mix until just combined. Spray muffin tins with nonfat cooking spray (butter or canola flavor), or put muffin papers in muffin tins. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full and bake for 13 - 15 minutes, or until lightly browned and popping away from muffin tin.
