Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, small finely chopped
    Carrots, raw, 3 medium finely chopped
    Garlic, 2 clove minced
    Portabella Mushrooms, 100 grams sliced
    Green Beans (snap), 1 cup coarsly chopped
    Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp
    Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp
    Rice Noodles, 4 cup
    vegetarian mock chicken (canned, chinese style), 1 can, chopped
    1 onion, finely chopped

Directions

in a wok heat seasame oil on high, add onions, carrots and garlic and cook until fragrant, about 3 minutes, add mock chicken, mushrooms, beans, and any other vegetables you are using. cook another few minutes. meanwhile, prepare rice noodles to package suggestions add cooked noodles to the wok, add the sugar and toss. season with soy sauce and hot sauce
