I made this to get rid of some left over fresh vegetables and wanted a tuna salad spread. It turned out to be really good and I thought I would share it with the community. Enjoy! Ingredients

    Fresh Parsley, .5 cup
    Romaine Lettuce, 0.5 cup, shredded
    Fresh Chives, 2 tbsp chopped
    Zucchini, .5 cup, sliced
    Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced
    Yellow Mustard, 4 tsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Fat Free Italian Dressing, 1 tbsp
    McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning, 1 tsp
    Stonemill Essentials Seasoned Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp
    Tuna, Canned in Water, 10 oz
    Light Mayo, 4 tbsp

Directions

Put all of the ingredients into a food processor and chop to your desired consistency.

Feel free to adjust/add/remove veggies as you have them.

Makes 12 - 1/4 cup servings

Spread on toast or dip crackers into it!

Oh, by the way...I do recommend using the Tbsp of olive oil, it really helped the flavor!
