Introduction

Very filling for just 2 pcs. No salad needed unless you would like to do a small salad w/ low fat dressing and only 1 piece of pizza. Yummy!! to make this lower fat and cholesterol you can use chicken breast and lowfat shredded cheese instead. Very filling for just 2 pcs. Ingredients

    1 Roma thin crust pizza shell
    1 half can of Hunts fire roasted tomatoes Diced, lightly pureed

    2 chicken thighs cut into strips & cook on griddle with light cooking spray & Cavender's All Purpose Greek seasoning, (light sprinkling) then cubed

    Feta cheese crumbles red fat Athenos half of 3.5oz pak
    1/4 c. of shredded mozzarella cheese Fresh if possible
    1/3 c. of diced raw onion
    1/4 of a medium zuchini half moon slices somewhat thin
    1/4 c. of shredded mozzarella cheese Fresh if possible
    1/4 of med tomatoe cut into thin half moon slices
    garlic powder
    oregano
    salt and fresh ground pepper
    light sprinkling of Cavender's Greek Seasoning


Directions

slightly baked shell for 2 minutes first so shell wouldn't get soggy from tomato sauce
Layer in the "INGREDIENT LIST" order given
baked on Pizza Pizzaz for 16-17 minutes

makes 4 servings 2 pieces each
