Ingredients

    3 C. Non-fat Turkey broth
    6 oz Foster Farms grilled chicken breast strips
    1 tbsp salted butter
    4 oz zucchini sliced
    6.5 oz onion chopped
    3.5 oz broccoli flowerlets
    4 oz baby carrots - cut in quarters
    9 oz rutabaga cut in 1/2 inch cubes
    7.5 oz raw potato cut in 1 inch cubes
    1/4 c flour

Directions

Brown onion in butter till tender
Add homemade turkey broth
add carrots and rutabaga and cook till 'tender crisp'
add broccoli and cook till tendercrisp
add potatos and cook till tendercrisp
add chicken cubed
Mix flour w/ 1/2 cup broth. Mix until smooth.
Add to kettle of veggies.
Season to taste
