Ingredients

    Two packages frozen broccoli blanched
    One package whole mushrooms sliced
    Fresh garlic cloves minced or diced
    Light cream cheese whole package
    Light sour cream whole small tub
    Turkey stock 1 cup
    Kosher salt a pinch

Directions

Blanch broccoli and set in casserole dish
Saute garlic and mushrooms
Add cream cheese, salt, and sour cream and stir
Add stock and mix until well blended and pour over broccoli in casserole dish
Sprinkle fried onions on top and bake until browned and heated through usually at 325 degrees
Makes 10 servings
