Surprisingly good - I added 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, 1 T flax and topped w/ 1 T of peanut butter which brought the total calories to 318 - wanted to make sure I would be satisfied until lunchtime. Made 1 good sized pancake. - 5/9/11

Doesn't remind me of a traditional pancake but good anyway! Very filling. I found it easier top top with additions (blue berries, chocolate chips etc) than to add them to the pancake. They are VERY banana-y, so don't be surprised! I am going to try the apple as a base too with some cinnamon. - 2/13/14

no need for stevia or yogurt! You can even add a little cardomon and/or coconut milk and they are great that way and paleo. - 4/13/13
