Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I left the stevia out and used vanilla yogurt (I'll try the coconut milk next time...Yes, the next time). I also added protein powder. The pancake was quite filling.
I doubled recipe & added 1 tbsp. chia seeds & 2 tbsps. vanilla protein powder. Agree with previous posts re: difficulty cooking 1 large pancake, so I split it into 2 while turning.
Hubby loved them, topped with organic Melt & agave syrup.
This is not a low carb recipe!
Surprisingly good - I added 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, 1 T flax and topped w/ 1 T of peanut butter which brought the total calories to 318 - wanted to make sure I would be satisfied until lunchtime. Made 1 good sized pancake.
