Ingredients

    2 cans of Tuna in water, drained ( 8 oz of meat)
    Oats, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Salt & Pepper to taste
    Chili powder, 1 tsp

Directions

Mix ingreadients in bowl, form patties with hands and cook on medum heat. flip, and brown on both sides.
Enjoy as a burger, or bring them as easy to go protien for your busy day! accompanies salads well too!
You can also add in chipotle sauce, or Mrs Dash chipotle and Lime seasoning to spice it up. Sometimes I'll add chopped Jalepeno peppers too. really good- great flavor with little added calories.
