Ingredients

    1 onion
    1 large head of cabbage'
    1 can red gold stewed tomatoes
    4 cups swansons fat free chicken broth
    1 can organic cut green beans
    2 cloves garlic
    2 Tolive oil
    2 cups yellow squash
    1 cup basmati brown rice
    to taste kroger hot blends black and red pepper
    1 teaspoon perfect pinch savory no salt seasoning

Directions

cook chopped onions and garlic in olive oil in a large stew pot, add chopped cabbage. cook 5 mins. add yellow squash cut in 1 inch pieces. Add canned vegetables and chicken stock. Add .5 cup water. Add spices to taste. Cook until veggies are cooked to desired tenderness. Then add 1 cup rice and 2 cups of water. cook until rice is tender.
