Introduction

Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 10 large (remove)
    *Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 0.5 cup
    Kroger Frozen Peppers and Onions, entire bag
    *Oscar Mayer Bacon Pieces, 2 tbsp
    Salsa, 2 cup


Directions

Spray and 9 x 13 baking dish. Crack 10 eggs into a bowl and 1/2 cup of water and wisk together. Add all other ingredients except salsa and cook in a 375 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until eggs are completely done in the center. Cut into 10 pieces. Place 2 pieces on a plate and top wtih 1/4 cup salsa.

Refrigerate or freeze 2 pieses per serving, grab the baggie and go. Microwave eggs and add salsa when ready to consume.
