Ingredients

    3 skinless chicken breasts, cut up in small pieces
    1 cup diced celery
    1 cup diced carrot
    12 cups chicken broth
    1 pkg Reames noodles
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper, seasoned
    small amount of fresh thyme

Directions

Dice celery and carrots while poaching chicken in a pot. Drain chicken, add celery and carrots and all ingredients except noodles. Bring to a boil, simmer until carrots and celery begin to be tender. Add noodles. Cook for about 15 minutes more
