    Spinach, fresh, 3 cup (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, .75 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Stewed Tomatoes, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

bake zucchini 20 mins
peel and saute with other vegetables
add stewed tomatoes
season as desired
