Ingredients

    i Can't Believe It's Not Butter, 4 tbsp
    Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped
    Pecans, .25 cup, chopped
    Apples, fresh, 4 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 per lb Cinnamon to taste

Directions

Makes 8 small dessert servings.

1. Oil sautee pan with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter.
2. Peel and slice apples (we make the slices circular, but you could also cube the apple).
3. Chop the walnuts coarsely.
4. Chop the pecans coarsely.
5. Add all ingredients to sautee pan, and liberally spice with cinnamon.
6. Sautee all ingredients on low for 15 minutes --- until the apples appear sticky and moist.

You can serve immediately, or we have saved them, and microwaved them later for 15 seconds on high--- equally good!
