Introduction
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, reserving 1 cup of cooking liquidIn large skillet heat oil over a medium heat, add the garlic and cook until golden. Add the red pepper flakes and cook an additional 30 seconds. Add the broccoli, season with salt and pepper. Add 1/2 cup of cooking water, cover, and cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally until broccoli is tender. Add an additional 1/2 cup of cooking water to sauce, add drained pasta, toss to coat evenly, cover & cook one minute longer. Divide pasta between 4 bowls and serve immediately.
