Ingredients

    1 jar of pasta marinara sauce
    6-8 no boil lasagna noodles (or how ever many cover the bottom of you lasanga pan)
    1 15oz container of part skim Ricotta Cheese
    1-2 cups of chopped mushrooms, broccoli and bell peppers
    1 8oz package of shredded part skim Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Spray 11X7 baking dish with non stick cooking spray.

Spread 1/3 of the sauce on the bottom of pan, arrange noodles (3-4) on top of that sauce, top with another 1/3 jar of sauce on the noodles, top these noodles with all the ricotta cheese and veggies and half of the shredded mozz cheese. Add another layer of noodles and the rest of the sauce- spreading it evenly.

Cover dish with foil, bake for about an hour, then sprinkle the rest of Mozz Cheese on the top and bake uncovered 5 minutes longer. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
