Ingredients

    *Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice No Sugar Added, 2 cup
    *Flour, white, .5 cup
    *Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 0.5 cup
    *cheese, Kraft 2% milk, Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup
    Butter - Light 1 TBSP ICBINB, 2 serving
    *Townhouse Crackers - Wheat, 2 serving

Directions

Spray Pam in a 9X12 pan. Drain the pineapple and reserve 1/2 cup juice, mix 1/2 self rising flour, 1/2 cup sugar-splenda and 1 cup Kraft 2% Cheddar Cheese. pour over the pineapple in pan. Take crackers and crush them ,mix with the 2 tablespoon ICBIN Butter. Put on top of the whole mixture in pan. Slide in 325* oven for 35min. Serve Hot!
