Ingredients

    I made a vegetarian sandwich, it has a bit more calories than I'd like, but it only has healthy stuff in it.
    I used 2 pieces of Pepperidge Farms whole grain wheat bread
    2 tiny slices if tomato
    Few pieces of alvocado
    light hummus spread on each slice of bread
    sprinkle lots of alfalfa sprouts, as I didn't use lettuce for this one.
    And Feta Cheese crumbles...not a lot
