Tried this at a restaurant once, and have spent years trying to replicate it. Ingredients

    * Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 2 cup (remove)
    * *Balsamic Vinegar, .33 cup (remove)
    * Apple, Gala (medium), 1 serving (remove)
    * Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch (remove)
    * Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 1 cup (remove)
    * Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)
    * *Cole Slaw Mix (Dole), 10 cup (remove)

Directions

Mix mayo, vinegar, and sugar.

Chop broccoli and apples into bite-size pieces. Shock apples in lemon juice.

Combine apples, broccoli, craisins, and cole slaw mix in large bowl. Drizzle sauce over top. Do not mix. Chill for 3 hours minimum. Stir everything together before serving.

Serve chilled.
