Ingredients

    3 TBSP Hoisin Sauce
    2 tsp orange zest
    1 tsp low sodium soy sauce
    1/4 tsp Chinese 5 Spice
    4 (4 oz) Center Cut Loin Chops cut 1/2" thick
    1 tsp dark sesame oil
    Cooking spray

Directions

Pre-heat the broiler.

Combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl; whisk. Rub chops with sesame oil and baste with Hoisin mixture. Place chops on prepared broiler pan. Cook 4 minutes each side or till done. Basting occasionally with hoisin sauce.

Makes 4 servings
