Ingredients

1 pizza crust (Whole wheat pre-baked Meijer brand)
2 medium apples
1/4 cup Ideal white or brown sugar
3 Tbs. Cinnamon
4 Tbs. Fat Free (or sugar free for lower sugar) Caramel Sundae topping
Pam cooking Spray
Directions
Turn oven on at 375 degree F to preheat.
Spray pizza crust with Pam spray.
Sprinkle 1/2 cinnamon and Ideal sugar mixture on the pizza crust.
Slice Apples with skin on or off and place in lemon water to keep from browning.
Place sugar sub and cinnamon in plastic bag or container and add drained apple slices.
mix apples well until evenly coated.
Place apples evenly on top of pizza crust and drizzle
Caramel Sundae sauce on top of the entire pie.
Place pizza in oven and bake for approx. 15 minutes or until edges begin to brown.
Cut with a pizza cutter and serve 8 slices.
