Introduction

Great salad served cold with nice crisp garden veggies. Onions can be of your choosing. I like to vary my tomatoes to what I have on hand. Other veggies can be added also like summer squash. Ingredients

    cucumbers, sliced
    tomatoes, sliced or cherry
    onion sliced your choice of brand
    fat free Italian dressing
    Italian seasoning (optional)

Directions

Slice all the cucumbers, onion and tomato to your liking.
Add you dressing to your preference.
Served chilled.
