Ingredients

    10 oz. sirloin steak, thin strips
    1 cup each of bell pepper & onions sliced
    2 cups mushrooms
    2-3 roma tomatoes, 1/4" slices
    3 garlic cloves, sliced or crushed
    2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

saute steak in pan, add veggies (except tomatoes) and saute on med-high temp for 8 min., turn down heat and add tomatoes and worcestershire sauce, and season to taste. simmer for another 5-6 minutes until tomatoes begin to fall apart. Serves 4
*excellent on a bed of rice or pasta, or Shiritake noodles for carb concious dieters.
