Ingredients

    * Maggi Vegetable and Cheese Bake 1 pkt, 2 serving
    * Couliflower I medium size head, 0.5 serving
    * Potatoes with skin, 3 cup
    * Edam Cheese 20g / 1.5 slices, 4 serving
    * Milk, nonfat, 3 cup

Directions

1. Grate the cheese in a food processer and keep aside in a bowl.
2 . Slice the potatoes and couli the same way.
3 Put the couli and potato misture into an oven proof dish.
4. in the same food processor mix in Maggi's vegetable and Cheese bake with the milk and one third of the cheese mixing in any herbs and spices your heart desire.
5. Pour in the milk mixture over the couli and potato.
6. Cover the dish with a tin foil and put it in a 180 degrees preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes.
7. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over dish and cook for another 10 minutes uncovered.

Serve as a main dish for lunch for 4 people or for 8 people as a side dish
