Ingredients

    2/3 cups agave syrup
    1/4 cup oil
    1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
    1 cup butter milk
    1 egg
    2 tbsp molasses
    1.5 cups bran
    2/3 cups flour
    1/2 cup wheat germ
    1/4 cup flax seeds
    1tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 cup raisins

Directions

mix all ingredients together, bake at 400 degrees F for 15 -20 minutes in muffin tin.
