Ingredients

    1 Large Onion, chopped
    1 Green Pepper, chopped
    1/2 Red Pepper, chopped
    14 oz. of canned Mushrooms
    1.5 Cups of chopped Carrots
    28 oz. canned crushed tomatoes
    2 cans of 14.5 oz. diced tomotoes with jalapeno
    15 oz. can of Kidney Beans
    15 oz. can of Pinto Beans
    1 Packet of Chili Seasoning

Directions

Combine all ingreadients in a Crock Pot and cook for 4 hours. Makes about 12, 1 cup servings.
