Introduction
Empty the FRIG!!!!!!!!!!!! Empty the FRIG!!!!!!!!!!!!Number of Servings: 12
Ingredients

Chicken Breast (pre-cooked)
Carrots
Celery
Mushrooms, raw
Cherry tomatoes
Onions
Bean Sprouts
Okra
Kidney Beans, Canned
Diced Tomatoes,canned; no salt added
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Oregano
Basil
Butter Spread
Water
Directions
12- 1 cup servings.
In large stewpot add.....
Cut all veggies in small pieces.
Cut cooked chicken in medium pieces.
Rinse canned kidney beans; add to veggies.
Add canned tomatoes
Add Barley
Add spices and sugar ....to taste if you like.
Add water....more or less as you like.
Add can of water for each canned veggies.
Let cook for appx. 1.5 hrs until veggies are almost soft.
Add egg noodles and cook til al dente.
