Ingredients

    1/2-lb lean beef chopped into bitesize pieces
    1 large onion chopped
    Olive Oil
    Water
    2 cans Tomato Sauce
    Salt, Pepper,and Cumin (to taste)
    1-2 cups chopped parsley
    1/2 cup uncooked Orzo

Directions

In a large soup pot, brown onions in olive oil. Add beef and let cook until brown. Add water, spices, and tomato sauce. Let cook for minimum of 15 minutes. Add parsley and orzo, cook for another 5-7 minutes until orzo is cooked.
