    1 - 3 oz pkg Jello Sugar Free Strawberry
    1 cup Hot water
    1 cup frozen strawberries (thawed)
    2 cups Plain Non-Fat Yogart

Directions

Put all ingredients into blender and mix thoroughly. Pour into dessert dishes and chill.
