Introduction

Ingredients

    8 Cups, cooked whole wheat macaroni
    3 Cups, chopped bell peppers
    2 Cups, chopped celery
    1.5 Cups, chopped red onion
    1.5 Cups, chopped dill pickles
    1 Cup, Light Hellmann's Mayonnaise
    1/4 Cup, Yellow Mustard (or to taste)
    2 Tbsp, Balsamic Vinegar (or to taste)

Directions

Cook 1 - 454g box whole wheat or enriched macaroni according to instructions - strain. (Yields 8 cups cooked)
Chop peppers, pickles, onions, celery into small pieces and add to macaroni. Stir to combine.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar.
Add mayonnaise mixture to salad and stir to coat salad.
