    Very Good
Made it yesterday for Thanksgiving and everybody loved it, although I was also wondering how it could be so low in calories... hmmm... oh, well, at least I ate just a small portion! - 11/28/08

    Good
this isn't fat free but it does seem to be low carb. Being only 5.8 carbs per a serving. That's pretty good. I intend on doing this this year, for my yams and pumpkin pie, using splenda- thanks for reminding me. - 11/26/08
