Ingredients

    Dash of Salt
    Dash of Paprika
    Dash of Cayenne Pepper
    Dash of Black pepper
    1 tsp olive oil Extra light
    Splash of lemon juice
    2 tbsp. Mushrooms
    3 oz. Shrimp (cooked)
    1 Leaf of Romaine Lettuce
    1/4 cup of Spinach leaves (fresh)
    1/4 cup of Red Leaf lettuce
    4 tbsp. Green Pepper
    2 tbsp. Onion
    1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese



Directions

Heat oil in frying pan. Mix salt, paprika, cayenne, black pepper, parsley and mushrooms. Add shrimp and seasonings to frying pan. Splash lemon juice on and cook through.

Mix lettuce, green peppers and onions. Sprinkle 1/2 Parmesan cheese. Top with shrimp mixture and add remaining cheese.
