Ingredients

    1 1/4 cups Kellogg's All-Bran Buds Cereal
    2 cups Old Fashioned Oatmeal
    1/2 cup packed Brown Sugar
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Salt
    2 Tbsp Canola Oil
    2 medium eggs
    1/2 cup unsweetened Applesauce
    2 cups of low fat Milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Mix bran buds cereal with milk and allow to sit 5 minutes to soften.

Mix oatmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt .

Blend the bran bud/milk mixture (an immersion blender works well). Blend in eggs, applesauce and oil.

Stir in oatmeal mixture.

Pour into a greased 8x10 glass baking dish.

Bake for approximately 45 minutes
