    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup liquid egg substitute
    1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
    1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    3 TB vanilla extract
    3 TB butter
    1 cup zucchini, shredded and water sqeezed out
    1 cup of canned pumpkin pie mix, (not solid pumpkin, the one with spices added)
    1 banana, mashed
    1/4 cup low fat plain yogurt
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    3 tsp cinnamon
    dash cloves
    dash allspice
    dash pumpkin pie spice


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pan or grease and flour.

Combine all ingredients and mix just until combined.

Pour into prepared pans and bake for one hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
