Ingredients

1 lb bulk Italian Turkey Sausage
8 oz Mushrooms - fresh, sliced
4 eggs
½ c Heavy Cream
¼ c Pizza sauce
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Basil or Italian seasonings
3 ½ oz pepperoni
½ c Green Pepper - chopped
8 oz Mozzarella Cheese
½ c Onion - slivered
optional - Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Directions
1. Brown the sausage - add mushrooms.
2. Whisk eggs, cream, pizza sauce and seasnoings in bowl.
3. Grease oblong or square casserole dish (ie: 8x10).
4. Add to dish - meat, mushroom mix, pepperoni, and mozzarella.
5. Add egg/sauce mixture. & mix well.
6. Top with Onion, more Garlic Powder, Italian seasoning and optional - Red Pepper Flakes.
7. Bake 350 ° for 45-55 minutes until nicely browned & knife come out almost clean.
8. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
I used heavy cream, but will try it with ½& ½ next time.
Also, next time I will try Egg Beaters.
You can use either shredded Mozzarella or cubed.
I used Red onion instead of white.
