Introduction
Easy salad high in Protein. Can use any dressing, but Ranch has been found to taste the best. Use the carrots in place of bread sticks. Makes for a great lunch! Easy salad high in Protein. Ingredients

* Shrimp, cooked, 6 oz
* Spinach, fresh, 3 cup
* Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
* Hard Boiled Egg, 1, sliced
* Kraft Fat Free Ranch Salad Dressing, 2 tbsp
* Baby Carrots, raw, 10 medium
Directions
Clean the spinach.
Use the bags of shrimp found in your grocery. Microwave on high until warm.
Combine all ingredients except carrots in a sealed container.
Give it a shake.
Eat the carrots with some ranch, or you could chop and add to salad.
