Introduction
Couldn't find mini reubens so I made my own. Used Turkey Pastrami (Sam's) for lower cal option. Couldn't find mini reubens so I made my own. Used Turkey Pastrami (Sam's) for lower cal option.Number of Servings: 16
Ingredients

Cocktail rye bread (16 slices), turkey pastrami, sauerkraut, swiss cheese, thousand island (low cal).
Directions
1. Turn on Broiler;
2. put cocktail rye slices on a baking sheet (spray butter on top of rye bread). Stick in broiler for to toast slightly (helps keep from getting soggy)
3. Remove and top each one with about 2 tsb of dressing;
4. Fold about 1/2 slice of turkey pastrami to fit the bread (over dressing);
5. Place desired amount of sauerkraut over the meat;
6. Top with 1/4 slice (if using slices) of the Swiss cheese;
7. Broil until cheese is melted (3 to 5 minutes);
8. Serve warm and enjoy!
Variations - 1) Chop and mix everything together (accept the cheese); put cheese on and toast until melted. 3) Chop everything up and mix (including cheese) and broil 3 - 5 minutes until done.
