Introduction

Quick and easy way to make a tasty spinach dish. Can be made with baby spinach too! Quick and easy way to make a tasty spinach dish. Can be made with baby spinach too!

Ingredients

    2 cups fresh Spinach
    1/2 cup sliced Onions
    1 clove Garlic
    1 tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

Wash the spinach and set aside to drain.

In a large sauté pan over medium heat, add the olive oil. When the oil is heated, add the onions and garlic and saute until they begin to become soft. Next add the spinach and sauté until wilted.

Makes two 1 cup servings
