Ingredients

    8 medium potatoes cubes to 1/2 inch
    1 leek sliced thin
    2 tbsp butter
    2 cups cauliflower
    4 to 6 cups of chicken broth
    1/2 cup milk

Directions

On low heat, saute leeks in butter - do not let turn brown. Add broth, potatoes, cauliflower and boil. Once soft blend and add milk.
