Introduction

This is something I threw together for lunch today.
I took left over broiled chicken and mixed it with a lot of other left over chopped ingredients, 1/2 cup of rice and heated through in a skillet. served with tortillas

I took left over broiled chicken and mixed it with a lot of other left over chopped ingredients, 1/2 cup of rice and heated through in a skillet. served with tortillas

Ingredients

    1 Left over broiled skinless chicken breast. Diced.
    1/2 cup of diced onions and bell pepper (any variety).
    2 medium button mushrooms diced.
    1 Roma or medium tomatoe diced.
    1TBSP of I can't Believe it's not Butter Light Spread.
    1/2 cup of left over cooked rice.
    4 medium Mission Life balance Soft taco tortillas wheat.

Directions

In a skillet melt "its not butter spread" over medium heat
Add in diced ingredients and Rice.
Heat through and serve with tortillas.
Makes 2 to 4 servings and is tasty as can be.
