Ingredients

3/4 cup uncooked oatmeal
3/4 cup uncooked cream of wheat(farina)
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
6 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup splenda
2 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 medium ripe banana
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup Dole frozen sweet cherries(1/2 bag)
Directions
Pre heat oven 350 degrees
I usually blend the oatmeal andcream of wheat in the blender and blend it dry and then put in a bowl.
Spray muffin pan with cooking spray.Makes 12 or more muffins)
Rinse and the cut each cherry into 4 pieces placing them in a small bowl to put into mixture later.
Mix all dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
In a blender, mix all liquid ingredients and the banana smooth.
Combine dry and liquid ingredients.
Fold in cherries.
Drop batter by 1/4 cup into muffin cups.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until tops are firm. Do not overcook.
