Ingredients

    Lean Ground Pork 48 oz
    Total Cereal, 1.5 cup measured then crushed
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    pizza sauce, 1 cup
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 12 oz
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    2 tsp Italian Seasoning, 1 serving
    Salt, 2 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    wax paper

Directions

mix meat, eggs, bran flakes, half of pizza sauce and seasonings
shape into a 12x10 rectangle on wax paper, add half of cheese, roll up jelly roll style starting at the short end. Carefully place seem side down in casserole pan(9x13). Bake 1 hour at 375 uncovered. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake an additional 15 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes and serve.
