Ingredients

    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    4 baby carrots
    1/2 chunk pineapple with juice
    1/2 cup of light vanilla yogurt
    1/4 quick oats(dry)

    Pour pineapple in blender 1st to make for easier blending; then add oats and carrots and blend. After these are all mixed together add blueberries and yogurt. This fills up 1 16oz red plastic cup to the brim.
