Ingredients

    1 box of white or yellow cake mix - any brand you like but the low fat versions will keep the calorie count down.
    2 extra ripe, medium bananas - mashed
    12 oz diet soda in any flavor or use a non-flavored sparkling water if artificial sweeteners are not to your liking.

Directions

Makes 24 small cupfins.
Mix all together and bake in small cupcake tins according to package directions.
I have found that over-baking is less of a problem than under-baking.
Spread a tsp of peanut butter or Nutella on top while the cup-fin is still warm and enjoy!
