Ingredients

Ingredients:
1 c. sesame seeds
1/2 c. raw wheat germ
1/2 c. ground flax seed
1 c. sunflower seeds
7 c. Quaker Oats (regular not the quick version)
1/2 c. nuts (your choice)
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. brown sugar
1 T. cinnamon
1 can low fat evaproated milk
1/4 c. canola oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. cocoa ( I use Hershey's)
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients into a large bowl.
Stir well.
Combine evaporated milk, oil and vanilla and pour over dry mixture and mix well. Let this mixture set for 20-30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Spray two baking sheets and divide the granola between the two pans.
Bake for 2 hours.
Switch the pans wvery 30 minutes from shelf to shelf in oven to bake evenly.
If you want loose granola, stir every 30 minutes. I don't stir.
After baking, stir in dried fruit- raisins, craisins, dried blueberries, pineapple or whatever you like.
I freeze the granola in quart bags.
