Ingredients

1 regular tortilla
1 serving of turkey slice meat
1 ounce of feta cheese
1/4 cup avocado pieces
sprinkle of sesame seeds
Directions
Makes one wrap.
Spread out tortilla and place one serving of sliced turkey meat on the middle of tortilla horizontally. Sprinkle around 1 ounce of feta cheese on meat. After cutting avocado in half, removing the seed, and taking out one half of the avocado fruit, slice about 1/4 of the fruit and place chunks on wrap. Finally, sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
For closing wrap so that none will escape. First, take the two horizontal ends and bend them down about an inch or so. Then take the top and bottom flaps and bring them over top of the folded pieces. This will keep your wrap together. Feel free to cut in half. Enjoy!
